Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns purely for change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tamper seals, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a return is agreed, through no fault of Serotoninkc the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

For unsuccessful deliveries we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost for redelivery. This is due to the cost of shipping the product twice (we are charged regardless of a successful delivery).

To start a return, you can contact us at karl@serotoninkc.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping postage slip, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This will incur a return fee for the original postage.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. Treat the gift card as cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the gift card. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for products at serotoninkc.com. The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of Serotoninkc and shall be binding on the customer. Your use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Vouchers
Vouchers issued are redeemable on full price merchandise only at serotoninkc.com with use of the unique code provided at checkout. The code provided is restricted to a one time use per returning customer. This code is not redeemable for cash. The offer excludes gift cards and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
