Shipping policy
All orders are processed & despatched with Australia Post within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification with an Australia Post tracking number when your order has shipped.
You may experience short delays in your product being shipped due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, however, we make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates.
If your order is less than $65 we offer $11.95 flat rate shipping throughout Australia. If you order is $65 or above, we offer free shipping throughout Australia.
In-store pickup and local delivery.
We do not offer in-store pickup, however we reserve the right to deliver to local customers (the standard shipping rates will still apply).
International shipping.
Unfortunately, we do not sell (or ship) our product internationally.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an Australia Post tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at karl@serotoninkc.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes.
To ensure your product(s) have the greatest success rate of being delivered, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. This is due to the policies of many postal/delivery providers.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tamper seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at karl@serotoninkc.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping reference, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For unsuccessful deliveries we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost for redelivery. This is due to the cost of shipping the product twice (we are charged regardless of a successful delivery).
